Demo notice: The following terms are an example. They are not legally reviewed and must be adapted to the actual contractual conditions before publication.

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between the provider named in the imprint and its guests regarding the rental of holiday accommodation.

§ 2 Contract conclusion

The presentation of accommodations on the website does not constitute a binding offer. With the booking, the guest submits a binding offer for the conclusion of a rental agreement. The contract is concluded with the written booking confirmation by the host.

§ 3 Services and prices

The services owed result from the respective property description and the booking confirmation. The prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT; any visitor's tax and optional services are shown separately.

§ 4 Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 25 % of the rental price is due within 7 days of booking confirmation; the remaining amount no later than 30 days before arrival. For short-notice bookings, the total amount is due immediately.

§ 5 Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM on the arrival day, departure by 10:00 AM on the departure day. Different times are only possible by prior arrangement.

§ 6 Cancellation by the guest

The guest may withdraw at any time before the start of the rental. Flat-rate cancellation fees apply, the amount of which depends on the time of cancellation. Travel cancellation insurance is expressly recommended.

§ 7 Liability

The host is liable within the scope of the statutory provisions. No liability is assumed for valuables brought along.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
